Lexington Park Group is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst in Orlando, FL. This full-time, on-site role supports fundraising and investor communications, preparing materials, reports, and due diligence responses.

The analyst maintains investor databases, tracks capital commitments, and assists with marketing decks and roadshows. You will analyze fund performance data, draft quarterly updates, and collaborate with investment, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliant, timely information

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial skills with modeling, performance analysis, and interpreting investment metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for investor materials, presentations, and correspondence.
• High level of organization to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and data sources accurately.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with CRM or IR platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of private equity, capital markets, and alternative investments; real estate experience is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; internships or experience in IR, investment banking, or asset management is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Orlando, FL with institutional and high-net-worth investors.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA, SIPC).

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentation materials, investor reports, performance summaries, and due diligence responses.
• Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems; track capital commitments and support marketing decks.
• Analyze fund and investment performance data; assist with quarterly letters and investor updates.
• Coordinate logistics for investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate, compliant information for investors.
