Job summary

Landing Point in Boston seeks an Analyst for its Investor Relations team to support capital formation and LP engagement. You will help plan roadshows, prepare investor materials, and conduct LP research.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field, 1–3 years of experience, and a strong ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. A solid understanding of private equity and fund mechanics is a plus.

Our client, a private equity firm in Boston is hiring an Analyst for their Investor Relations team. This role will focus on Capital Formation, supporting fundraising and LP engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support planning and preparation for roadshows, the firm’s annual meeting, and other investor-facing meetings and conferences
• Assist with building pitch decks and agendas
• Conduct LP research ahead of meetings and outreach
• Research conference attendees to support targeted outreach and meeting scheduling
• Manage day-to-day CRM operations and processes, including onboarding new investors and prospects into the system
• Maintain and update prospect lists and master contact lists
• Partner closely with the Investor Services/Project Management team to ensure a coordinated LP experience
• Collaborate across the firm (e.g., deal teams, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing) as needed to support fundraising and capital formation activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 1–3 years of work experience following undergraduate studies; experience in Investor Relations or a related field welcome but not required
• General understanding of private equity and the mechanics of a fund/fund formation
• Strong business acumen and polished communication skills with an ability to interface with all levels, including internal and external stakeholders

Compensation:

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000, Plus Bonus
