Job summary

Suncoast Brokerage in Jacksonville, FL seeks a ReSales Agent to manage investor-owned property sales from lead to closing. You will handle pricing, listing, marketing, and negotiations as a Florida Transaction Broker under the supervision of the Director of Resale Operations and Managing Broker.

Responsibilities include CMA creation, listing prep, MLS updates, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth closings.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license in good standing.
• Two or more years of experience in residential real estate sales or related field.
• Working knowledge of Florida real estate contracts, listing agreements, Transaction Broker requirements, and real estate transaction processes.
• Experience utilizing a CRM in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Ability to prepare and interpret Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs).

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to resale leads and referrals.
• Consult investors to understand objectives, timeline, and expectations.
• Document all communications in the CRM.
• Educate investors on market conditions and listing process.
• Create and update MLS listings and marketing content.
• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments to maximize exposure.
• Manage offers, counteroffers, and contract documents.
• Ensure timely closing and post‑closing support.
