Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking an Investor Onboarding Team Leader to direct the AML/KYC due diligence process for client onboarding. You will guide a team, ensure timely reviews, and escalate issues to management while maintaining strong client relations.

You will collaborate with Compliance and AML Product teams, uphold BBH policies, and drive continuous improvements across the onboarding function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AML/KYC due diligence for investor onboarding.
• Ability to manage deadlines, volumes of work, and escalation paths.
• Strong understanding of BBH policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Transfer Agency Investor Onboarding (IOB) Team ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Oversee due diligence reviews on investor documents for account openings across investor types.
• Escalate AML/CTF issues to management and coordinate with Compliance and AML Product teams.
• Mentor team members, coordinate cross‑training, and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Maintain oversight of KPI/MI reporting and interactions with clients and investors.
