Job summary

ACA Group is seeking a Senior AML/KYC Analyst to support the day-to-day investor onboarding and lifecycle due diligence, with focus on private fund investor KYC, reviews, verification, and file completion. This role emphasizes production efficiency, documentation quality, and adherence to AML requirements and internal standards.

You will perform intake, review, and verification, escalate data gaps, and ensure onboarding and monitoring tasks meet defined SLA targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of AML/KYC, compliance, or financial services experience.
• Experience supporting onboarding and due diligence workflows.
• Familiar with institutional investor documentation and entity structures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in SLA-driven environments.
• Willingness to learn and expand AML/KYC expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform investor intake, document collection, review and verification.
• Execute AML/KYC tasks in accordance with SOPs.
• Handle lower-complexity onboarding or lifecycle cases.
• Clearly document findings and decisions.
• Escalate issues or data gaps following defined guidelines.
• Meet productivity, quality, SLA, and turnaround time targets.
