Job summary

The role goes beyond traditional customer service, requiring in-person visits, executive discussions, and thorough documentation in HubSpot; you will support sales, coordinate employer roll outs, and represent Sterling professionally at events.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to investor and employer locations.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Investor relations: build professional relationships and conduct regular in-person visits.
• Employer membership relations: engage owners, HR, benefits admins, and managers; gather feedback.
• Membership roll outs: coordinate launches with employer leadership and HR.
• Employer events and community representation: attend health fairs and events.
• Sales support: assist with presentations and demonstrations; relay client feedback to sales.
• HubSpot documentation: document visits, contacts, purposes, outcomes, and follow-ups.
• Reporting to administration: provide updates on concerns, opportunities, and status.
• Travel requirements: regular travel to investor and employer locations; occasional overnight travel.
• Required characteristics: personable, professional, confidential, independent, and detail-oriented.
