Sterling Urgent Care is seeking an Account Specialist to join the Account Maintenance team in the Treasure Valley area (Burley or Hailey options may be available). The role focuses on managing membership and occupational medicine accounts with employers, ensuring exceptional service and proactive support.

You will coordinate with injured workers, employers, physicians, and workers’ compensation carriers to facilitate timely return-to-work plans and explain available occupational medicine

Qualifications

• Experience handling member or client accounts preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate between employers, physicians, and carriers.
