Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Mortgage Post‑Closing or Secondary Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex investor guidelines.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on high‑volume production and administrative accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily pipeline to ensure timely delivery of packages.
• Serve as subject-matter expert for suspense conditions.
• Conduct coaching with Specialists and review QC reports.
• Allocate loan files based on complexity and volume.
• Identify bottlenecks in delivery workflow.
