Job Description: Investor Conversion Manager (ICM)

The firm invests in multifamily, student housing, and mixed-use projects across high-growth Florida markets.
Position Overview
We are seeking an extremely organized detail-oriented individual that is relentless at follow-up and comfortable pushing for the next steps to become our Investor Conversion Manager (ICM) to manage investor follow-up, CRM operations, and conversion throughout the capital raising process. This role is responsible for ensuring that every investor interaction turns into forward progress, ultimately driving capital commitments and funded investments. You will work directly with senior leadership and support the firm’s Managing Member in converting relationships into closed investments. You are the engine behind the capital raise, and you will manage and move every investor through the pipeline. You will directly influence how much capital the firm raises.
Key Responsibilities
- 🔹 CRM & Pipeline Ownership (Primary Responsibility)
- Own and manage GoHighLevel CRM
- Track every investor interaction
- Ensure all leads are in the correct pipeline stage
- Maintain zero “stale” opportunities
- 🔹 Investor Follow-Up & Conversion
- Execute follow-ups after all investor meetings
- Move investors from: Interest → Commitment → Funding
- Proactively push next steps with investors
- 🔹 Meeting Recaps & Communication
- Send recap emails within hours of investor meetings
- Clearly outline next steps
- Maintain professional, investor-grade communication
- 🔹 Subscription & Closing Management
- Coordinate subscription document delivery
- Track execution and funding statusEnsure timely completion of investments
- 🔹 Investor Coordination
- Schedule meetings for leadership
- Prepare briefing notes for investor conversations
- Track investor preferences and timelines
- 🔹 Reporting & Accountability
- Track pipeline metrics
- Report weekly on: Conversion rates, Capital committed, Capital funded
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Exceptional organization and follow-up discipline
- Strong written communication (investor-grade)
- Ability to manage multiple investor conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable driving conversations toward action.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience marketing a 506(c) private offering
- Familiarity with real estate development and investment terminology
- Track record of working with accredited investors, RIAs, family offices, or HNWIs

- Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience
