Descripción del empleo

We're looking for an Investor Relations Manager!
Miami, FL | Full-Time | In-Office

About Us

INF1NITY is an AI-native, permanent-capital investment platform spanning private markets, real assets, income strategies, growth and technology investments, strategic acquisitions, capital markets, and financial services.

Our mission is to grant access to investments previously reserved only for the ultra-wealthy.

We’re not building a traditional asset manager. We’re building an institution designed to compound capital, intelligence, and distribution over decades.

The Role

As Investor Relations Manager, you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO and senior leadership to build INF1NITY’s investor base and capital raising engine.

You’ll lead our fundraising efforts across INF1NITY’s investment vehicles and become a trusted point of contact for our investors, guiding them from the first conversation through onboarding and beyond. As the platform grows, you’ll also build and lead a team of Investor Relations Representatives, shaping how they engage investors, manage pipelines, and raise capital.

You’ll join at an important stage of growth, with the chance to build INF1NITY’s investor relations function from the ground up and grow the team as the platform scales.

What You’ll Do
Capital Raising
  • Own and run capital raising across INF1NITY’s investment vehicles, funds, and offerings, with clear targets for commitments and capital raised.
  • Source, qualify, and convert prospective investors. These include accredited investors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, RIAs, wealth platforms, and institutional allocators.
  • Partner with the Founder & CEO on fundraising strategy, investor targeting, offering positioning, and go-to-market plans for new products.
  • Lead investor meetings, presentations, and roadshows, and explain INF1NITY’s strategy, structures, and investment opportunities clearly and credibly.
  • Work with finance, legal, and compliance on offering materials, subscription documents, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Regulation D offerings and private placements).
Investor Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective investors, acting as a trusted, senior point of contact.
  • Oversee the full investor lifecycle: outreach, due diligence, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing communication.
  • Develop investor communications, including updates, quarterly letters, performance reporting, FAQs, and investor events.
  • Gather investor feedback and market insight, and share it with leadership to inform product design and strategy.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Investor Relations Representatives, setting individual goals, KPIs, and performance standards.
  • Build the playbooks, scripts, training programs, and processes the team needs to scale capital raising consistently and in compliance.
  • Manage pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting on investor engagement, conversion, and capital raised.
  • Help recruit and grow the IR team as the platform scales.
Systems & Infrastructure
  • Own the investor CRM and pipeline infrastructure, making sure records are accurate, follow-up happens on time, and reporting is clear.
  • Work with INF1NITY’s technology and AI infrastructure to automate and improve investor targeting, outreach, communications, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
  • 7–10+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, private wealth, fund distribution, or related roles in alternative investments or financial services.
  • A proven track record of raising capital, ideally for private placements, alternative funds, real estate, private equity, or similar investment vehicles.
  • 2+ years of experience leading, managing, or coaching a sales, IR, or capital raising team against performance targets.
  • A strong understanding of private market investments, fund structures, and how investors evaluate alternative investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and confidence speaking with executives, family offices, advisors, and high-net-worth investors.
  • A strong network of investor relationships, or a clear track record of building one.
  • Highly organized and accountable, with experience managing complex pipelines and multiple investor conversations at once.
  • Strong commercial judgment, high ownership, and comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bonus Points For
  • FINRA registrations such as the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 (or Series 65/66, 82)
  • Experience supporting Regulation D offerings, private placements, or permanent-capital and multi-vehicle platforms.
  • Experience at an alternative asset manager, private equity firm, family office, broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth platform.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
  • Experience using AI and automation in investor outreach or reporting.
Why Join Us
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) with 6% company match
  • The chance to build and lead an IR team at a platform in its early stages
  • Long-term growth opportunities
