Job summary

Rothschild & Co North America is seeking a Corporate Access Coordinator to support planning and execution of conferences and investor events. You will coordinate logistics, manage attendee registrations, travel, venue setup and on-site support.

The role requires 1-3 years in financial markets or client-facing operations, with strong project management and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Base salary is competitive with discretionary bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS or BA mandatory; finance/economics concentration preferred
• 1-3 years’ Financial Industry experience, ideally with front office exposure
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Coordinate investor conferences, including venue logistics, schedules, registrations, travel and on-site execution.
• Create conference communications: invitations, confirmations, marketing materials, updates, and post-event follow-up.
• Utilize conference management platforms for attendee registration, scheduling, reporting and post-conference analysis.
• Manage conference swag, promotional materials and branded merchandise for participants.
• Support on-site execution with registration desks, room logistics and speaker coordination.
• Track participation metrics and provide post-event analysis for improvements.
