Job summary

RFP Homes is seeking driven sales professionals to build their own business within a proven framework in one of America’s hottest real estate markets. You’ll engage investor leads, connect them with exclusive off-market properties, and own the relationship from first call through closing.

This 100% commission, 1099 role pays weekly on Friday in Fort Worth, TX, with warm leads, CRM support, and ongoing training. Texas real estate license is required within 45 days of starting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in any industry.
• Texas Real Estate License required within 45 days of starting.
• Strong phone presence and coachable mindset.
• Willing to live in or relocate to the DFW area.
