Job summary

Truist Wealth seeks an Investor Accounting and Reporting (IAR) Associate to post payment and disbursement transactions in the loan servicing system and ensure timely remittances in accordance with lender agreements.

Responsibilities include daily balancing, loan accounting tasks, and compliance with USAP and agency guidelines within a primary/master servicer framework. Regular, on-site position with English fluency required.

Qualifications

• College Degree or equivalent education and training.
• 4 years’ work related experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate and timely work product.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with heavy interaction with teammates and clients.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Post cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application with accuracy.
• Generate and send lender remittances and reporting for all lender types.
• Facilitate the delivery of funds to external clients and third parties.
• Perform system balancing, clear cash exceptions and cash management functions.
• Conduct daily operations account reviews and high-volume DDA reviews.
• Monitor ARM loans and Bond loans for accurate billing.
• Maintain records for autodraft payments and excess rent refunds.
• Administer opening/closing of bank accounts.
• Assist in development of Investor Reporting Analysts.
