Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an IAR Associate who will post payments and disbursements to the loan servicing system, remit required payments, and generate IRP and agency reporting. The role involves daily balancing, loan accounting, and compliance with PSAs/TSAs and industry guides in a servicer environment.

You will also assist the Investor Accounting & Reporting Manager in developing Analysts and ensuring accurate, timely financial activity across lender types and reports.

Qualificações

• College degree or equivalent education and training.
• 4 years’ work related experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate and timely work product.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with heavy interaction with teammates and clients.
• Ability to collaborate or work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Mortgage banking and accounting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Post payment and disbursement transactions in the loan servicing application.
• Remit and report all required payments in accordance with lender agreements.
• Perform daily balancing and loan accounting functions.
• Understand PSAs, TSAs, CREFC IRP formats and reporting/remittance requirements.
• Support Investor Accounting & Reporting Manager in developing Analyst staff.
