Job summary

Truist is seeking an Investor Accounting and Reporting (IAR) Associate in the United States. The role involves posting payment and disbursement transactions to the loan servicing system, performing daily balancing, and ensuring accurate reporting under PSAs, TSAs, and CREFC IRP formats in a master servicer environment.

The candidate will handle ARM and Bond loan monitoring, autodraft records, and bank account administration while supporting the Investor Accounting & Reporting Manager in

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with heavy interaction with teammates and clients.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Mortgage banking and accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Process cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application with accuracy.
• Generate and send all lender remittances and IRP/Agency reporting.
• Facilitate delivery of funds to external clients and third parties.
• Perform system balancing and cash management tasks.
• Conduct daily operations account reviews and high-volume DDA reviews.
• Monitor ARM and Bond loans for accurate billing and reporting.
• Maintain records for autodraft payments and rent refunds.
• Assist in development of Investor Reporting Analysts.
