Qualifications

• MBA candidate in second year with availability 10–20 hours/week.
• Experience in sourcing, outreach, or deal flow preferred.
• Strong written communication and data hygiene mindset.
• CRM experience (Attio, Affinity, Salesforce, HubSpot) a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deal-sourcing processes and market maps.
• Qualify companies against investment criteria and manage outreach.
• Maintain CRM records with accurate, up-to-date data.
• Draft sections of memos and support diligence calls as needed.
