Reporting to ITS Investments Business Analyst supervisor, you will research, analyze, document, test, train, and develop solutions to help manage the organization’s business more effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or information systems required.
• 1–3 years relevant analysis and programming experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate extremely well with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Understanding of relational databases and SQL query tools skills preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Investments and Accounting user community under guidance of senior analysts to develop systems enhancements and resolve production problems.
• Document specifications, requirements, user manuals, procedures, and other relevant information.
• Provide test scripts and follow full testing methodology through development and implementation to ensure quality goals are met.
• Provide training for users on functionality of new systems and enhancements in releases of existing systems.
