Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to partner with Financial Advisors and Portfolio Managers, delivering investment solutions across the managed platform. You will support Advisory Solutions, Lending & Liquidity, and Investment Products while serving as a platform expert for the field.

Responsibilities include collaborating on process improvements, maintaining platform relationships, and addressing operational issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
3 years of relevant experience.
SIE, Series 7 & 66 licensed within 18 months of start date.
Ability to navigate Baird’s Private Wealth Management tech platforms: Thomson ONE, ValueOne, Envestnet.
Exceptional written and verbal client service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Utilizes artificial intelligence tools to modify processes or improve decisions.

Responsibilities

Partner with Financial Advisors, Branch Associates, Portfolio Managers and Key Partners on investment solutions across the platform.
Support day-to-day management of Advisory Solutions, Lending & Liquidity, Investment Products, and Key Accounts.
Serve as a subject matter expert on general platform inquiries.
Collaborate to implement process and service enhancements with internal partners and the branch network.
Manage relationships and maintain familiarity with the platform.
Address operational issues regarding the platform with the field.
