Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior analytics professional to serve as a strategic partner to RIA Field and Platform leadership in the United States. You will translate priorities into measurable objectives, uncover market trends, and shape coverage and sales strategy across platforms and distributors.

You will build intelligence on firms, buyers, and centers of influence, develop segmentation and prioritization, and drive data-driven decisions with AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in distribution intelligence, analytics, sales strategy, client analytics, data science, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. RIA market, including its major business models, platforms, participants, and distribution dynamics.
• Experience supporting asset management distribution, RIA sales, platform relationships, or wealth management organizations.
• Experience applying AI, automation, predictive analytics, segmentation, opportunity scoring, or similar analytical techniques.
• Strong command of sales, AUM, flows, pipeline, product adoption, client activity, market share, and wealth management data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner to RIA Field and Platform leadership.
• Translate business priorities into measurable objectives, insights, and recommendations.
• Identify RIA market trends, growth opportunities, competitive dynamics, and implications for coverage and sales strategy.
• Support business planning, territory design, resource allocation, performance reviews, and strategic decisions.
• Develop comprehensive intelligence on firms, advisors, buying units, platforms, and centers of influence.
• Build segmentation, opportunity-scoring, and prioritization frameworks.
• Analyze sales, assets, flows, pipeline, retention, market share, and other performance indicators.
• Apply generative AI, predictive analytics, automation, and advanced analytical techniques to sales execution.
• Partner with Field Sales, Platforms, National Accounts, Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement.
• Test analytical approaches, measure commercial impact, and scale successful use cases.
• Communicate insights through concise data storytelling for executives, sales leaders, and field teams.
• Partner with Technology, Data Science, CRM, and Distribution Intelligence teams to develop scalable capabilities.
• Connect CRM, sales, assets, flows, products, marketing engagement, market intelligence, and third-party data.
• Identify data quality, accessibility, reporting, and analytics gaps and help establish standards and solutions.
