Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 required to perform advisory duties.
• 2+ years in Financial Solutions Advisor role (FSA).
• Strong understanding of Merrill Edge products and the FSA role.
• Proficient computer skills and multitasking in a demanding environment.
• Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and provide investment products and training to Financial Solutions Advisors.
• Help FSAs match investment solutions to client needs.
• Partner with leadership to identify performance gaps and support advice delivery.
• Coordinate FSA training to strengthen advisor investment acumen on Merrill platforms.
• Define and measure goals for advised solutions, enterprise delivery, and book management.
• Provide ad hoc support to advisors.
• Support FSAs with client conversations and scenarios on client platforms.
• Apply knowledge of customer segments to fulfill client priorities and goals.
• Define and measure progress toward sales activity, asset targets, and FA penetration.
• Prepare and analyze profit and loss reports and validate product postings and balances.
