Job summary

The Carlyle Group seeks an Associate as a Product Specialist for Global Private Equity within Client Solutions. The role supports fund lifecycle, fundraising and investor relations, creating marketing materials, and handling RFPs and DDQs.

You will collaborate across Investor Relations, Investment Teams, Legal, Compliance, and Fund Management to promote engagement and improve client experience. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, Series 7 and 63 within 90 days, and a minimum of six years

Series7 and 63 required or to be obtained within 90 days of commencement.

Responsibilities

Support entire fund lifecycle, including fundraising and investor relations.
Develop deep product knowledge and expertise.
Create and maintain marketing and diligence materials, including presentations, investor updates, data room contents, and thought‑leadership content.
Prepare and manage RFPs, DDQs, and other due diligence requests.
Maintain investor pipelines and dashboards to track fundraising progress and goals.
Coordinate client meetings and events, roadshows, webinars, and conferences.
Source and analyze market research related to fundraising and competitive landscape.
Prepare bespoke, data‑driven fundraising analyses.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote engagement and alignment for fundraising strategy.
