CEN is seeking a Financial Consultant Investments to build value-added relationships with clients and offer tailored financial solutions. The role requires prospecting referrals, building external sources, and selling effectively to demonstrate value and benefits of products.

The position emphasizes client relationship management, cross-referrals, and ongoing compliance training to support strong ethical standards and governance.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc.
• Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, and 19 to 23 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy/procedure manuals; ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within the financial institution by establishing relationships with other client facing associates to generate referrals.
• Prospect outside the financial institution to build external referral sources and bring in new clients to the bank.
• Sell effectively by establishing relationships with customers, determining needs and offering solutions with clear value.
• Engage in customer relationship management to increase wallet share and seek cross-referrals within the bank.
• Complete required BSA/AML and compliance training as assigned.
• Maintain ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safety.
