Job summary

Capital City Bank is seeking a Financial Advisor to deliver personalized investment solutions to clients and help them reach long-term goals. Qualified candidates will hold FINRA Series 7/66 licenses and insurance licenses, with a degree in business or finance.

The role requires travel to client meetings and a drive to exceed sales targets. Associates will work under Capital City Investments, collaborating with a Sales Manager to grow referral networks and provide unbiased investment guidance

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses required to sell regulated investment products.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required; experience may substitute.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and work with referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Secure sales and meet/exceed production goals.
• Develop sales strategies with Sales Manager and implement outside business development calls.
• Meet with clients in office, premises, or home, including early/late meetings.
• Analyze financial data and recommend investment options and risks to clients.
• Cross-sell bank products and use financial planning tools.
• Attend Sales meetings for updates and new techniques.
