Job summary

CEN in Amarillo, TX is seeking a Financial Consultant Investments to build value-added relationships with customers, understand financial needs, and offer suitable solutions.

Key duties include prospecting for referrals inside and outside the bank, selling by identifying customer needs, managing wallet share, and completing BSA/AML training. Requires NASD licenses with CFP/CFA preferred and a broad knowledge of finance and accounting.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration and finance.
• Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 2 years related experience.
• NASD Series 7 and 66 licenses may be required within 90 days.
• Preferred: CFP or CFA or other high level certifications in investments.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within the financial institution to generate referrals weekly.
• Prospect outside to build external referral sources and new clients weekly.
• Sell by establishing relationships and presenting value of products daily.
• Engage in client relationship management to increase wallet share weekly.
• Complete required BSA/AML and compliance training as assigned.
• Maintain alertness and safe work practices.
• Perform other related duties as required.
