Job summary

Happy State Bank is seeking a Financial Consultant Investments to build value-added client relationships, identify financial needs, and offer suitable investment solutions. Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, finance; equivalent to a four-year degree plus experience.
• NASD Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or CFA or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within the bank by building relationships to generate referrals.
• Prospect outside the bank to add external referrals and new clients.
• Sell financial solutions by understanding needs and outlining value.
• Engage in CRM to increase wallet share and cross-referrals.
