SchoolsFirst FCU in Santa Ana, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager, Trust & Investment Services to lead the team and drive member investment solutions. You will supervise daily operations and support strategic relationships with product partners and CBSI managers.

Licenses include FINRA Series 7 and 66 plus California Life & Health. You will contribute to budget planning, ensure SOP compliance, and guide development activities while staying current on market trends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of functional experience; 1-3 years of management experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66; California insurance licenses required.
• Knowledge of investment products including IRA, retirement products, life insurance, mutual funds.

Responsabilités

• Supervises the day-to-day operation of the Trust & Investment Services team.
• Assists the Manager in the development and management of relationships with members to meet investment needs and goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance, SOP adherence, and audit readiness.
• Develops relationships with product partners and CBSI managers at all levels.
• Plans business development activities and monitors market trends to inform the team.
