Job summary

Arrowstreet Capital, a Boston-based systematic investment firm, seeks a senior professional to deliver high-quality portfolio data and oversee outsourced middle-office operations within its Investment Services Group. You will lead initiatives to enhance the investment process, manage critical daily production controls, and liaise with portfolio management and clients to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Finance concentration preferred.
• Approximately 5 to 10 years’ professional experience; asset management industry experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience working in environments undergoing AI transformation, with a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Keen interest in learning or using tools such as Python.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for critical workflows supporting the daily investment process.
• Oversee and manage investment initiatives from inception through implementation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and execute new and improved business workflows, including AI-driven automation enhancements.
• Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to monitor and improve investment operations quality.
• Oversee portfolio holdings data quality and reconciliation processes and monitor outsourcing middle-office performance.
