Qualifications

• General knowledge of the securities/insurance industry.
• Must be able to work independently and have flexible hours.
• May need general securities and insurance license requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to communicate at a highly professional level.
• Present a professional image as a representative of the credit union.
• Ability to work effectively with people in a diverse environment with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepares written letters, memos and documentation without errors.
• Answers phone third ring.
• Maintains department records and files.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality at all times.
• Performs assigned tasks on schedule and in a professional manner.
• Prioritizes workload and responds to client calls within 2 hours.
• Coordinates seminars and appointments for Investment Representatives.
• Organizes investment documents and reviews applications for accuracy.
