Responsibilities

• Lead team efforts in planning member appreciation events, retirement and investment services workshops, and local promotions.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services to members.
• Coordinate supplies and ensure materials are stocked and current.
• Coordinate newsletters, seminars, and appointment information forms; promote the program to employees and members.
• Set up appointments, manage calendars, and provide administrative support for the retirement and investment services program.
• Ensure brokerage paperwork is in order and track staff referrals for the program.
• Prepare seminars and webinars, arrange rooms, attendees, and attendance.
• Maintain client databases and schedule follow-up appointments.
