Job summary

Alliant Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to schedule member appointments with the financial advisor and support the retirement and investment services program. You will assist in marketing, prepare seminars, manage calendars, and provide responsive phone coverage for members and staff.

The role involves coordinating events, tracking referrals, and preparing memos and correspondence to support the advisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum - High School or Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years customer service, sales or related.
• Financial Advisor support a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead team efforts in planning member appreciation events, retirement and investment services workshops, and local promotions.
• Cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Coordinate newsletters, surveys, seminars, review letters, thank you cards and appointment information forms.
• Set up appointments, manage calendars and provide administrative support for the retirement and investment services program.
• Work with the financial advisor to ensure brokerage account paperwork is in order and compliant; track staff referrals.
• Prepare seminars and webinars and assist the advisor during events.
