Qualificações

Investment Product Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Investment Product Operations Specialist to support the launch, maintenance, and enhancement of ETF and mutual fund products across global websites and digital platforms. This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external data providers to coordinate product launches, manage data acquisition, oversee website updates, and drive ongoing product improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial services background, excellent analytical and project management skills, and the ability to navigate complex business requirements across multiple global markets.

This is a 12-month contract position based in Boston, MA, with a hybridschedule and a pay rate of $40–46/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end launches and enhancements of ETF and mutual fund products across global websites and digital platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Product, and external data providers to coordinate product launches, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support data acquisition and collaborate with data providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct business analysis involving complex requirements, processes, and systems.
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop a strong understanding of global website differences, including country-specific requirements, webpage and fact sheet templates, data constraints, and content nuances.
• Perform quality assurance and testing for product launches, website enhancements, and other key initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions, providing both technical and business guidance to stakeholders.
• Research industry practices, competitive developments, standards, and benchmarking data.
• Proactively identify risks and issues and develop solutions to minimize their impact on project delivery.
• Develop recommendations and position statements on complex business and investment product matters.
• Stay current on technological advancements, digital trends, and competitive developments within the asset management industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–6+ years of related experience within financial services.
• Experience supporting ETFs, mutual funds, asset management, investment products, or financial data strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes and cross-functional operations.
• Experience with project management methodologies and coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
• Experience working with external vendors or data providers preferred.
• Strong quality assurance and testing experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
