TDA is seeking an experienced Senior ETF Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of ETF initiatives in a hybrid New York setting. You will shape product direction, oversee complex backlogs, and work with Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, and Operations to deliver scalable ETF solutions.

You will leverage deep ETF knowledge and market insight to prioritize features, guide roadmap decisions, and mentor a team of product owners across the ETF ecosystem.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in ETF Services or ETF Product.
• 8+ years in financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.

I’m working on an exciting Senior ETF Product Management opportunity with a leading global financial services organisation.

This is a high-impact role within an ETF Services business, focused on shaping product strategy, driving platform enhancements, and supporting the end-to-end ETF ecosystem.

The role will suit someone who can combine deep ETF knowledge with strong product execution — someone comfortable managing complex product backlogs, working closely with users, making trade-off decisions, and partnering across Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, Operations, and Product teams.

Key areas of focus include:

• Leading product management and strategy for complex ETF-related initiatives
• Developing new products, services, and technology to support ETF workflows
• Contributing to major platform features, specs, and roadmap decisions
• Using customer insights, market knowledge, and data to inform product priorities
• Positioning ETF capabilities for different client segments
• Supporting business development through demos, user materials, and client-facing product expertise
• Mentoring junior product owners and helping drive product discipline across the team

Ideal background:

• 5+ years of direct experience in ETF Services, ETF Product, ETF Capital Markets, or ETF AP Desk
• 8+ years of overall financial services experience preferred
• Strong understanding of ETF economics, workflows, product strategy, and market structure
• Experience working across product, technology, sales, relationship management, and operations
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CFA preferred

Compensation: $190K-225K + bonus and RSU's

Hybrid - New York
