Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience within financial services.
• Experience supporting ETFs, mutual funds, asset management, or financial data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage data, websites, and external data providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end launches and enhancements of ETF and mutual fund products across global websites and digital platforms.
• Partner with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Product, and external data providers to coordinate product launches, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support data acquisition and collaborate with data providers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct business analysis involving complex requirements, processes, and systems.
• Develop recommendations and position statements on complex business and investment product matters.
• Stay current on technological advancements, digital trends, and competitive developments within the asset management industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
