You will manage ETF and mutual fund product launches across global sites, collaborating with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Product, and data providers to ensure timely updates and ongoing maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or tech.
• 4–6+ years of financial services experience.
• Experience with ETFs, mutual funds, asset management, or financial data preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business processes across functional operations.
• Experience coordinating complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end launches and enhancements of ETF and mutual fund products across global websites and digital platforms.
• Coordinate product launches with Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Product, and external data providers.
• Support data acquisition and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Conduct business analysis of complex requirements, processes, and systems.
• Evaluate workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
• Understand global website differences, country-specific requirements, and templates.
• Perform QA/testing for launches and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable solutions for stakeholders.
• Research industry practices and benchmarking data.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on delivery.
• Develop recommendations on complex product matters and stay current on industry trends.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
