Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, finance or economics experience or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, finance, economics, or business is preferred
• Experience in investment/mutual fund operations or related field is helpful
• Strong mentoring and communication skills are valued

Responsibilities

• Perform daily trading controls and self-identify analysis needs to ensure timely, accurate financial transactions
• Support onboarding of investment offerings and maintain readiness for trading and pricing
• Lead conversations with internal/external partners to resolve inquiries and issues
• Support knowledge transfer, collaboration, and project initiatives within the team
• Participate in system improvements and process enhancements
