Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, related work experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.

• Detail-oriented, process-driven with a focus on accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and accurately.
• Perform daily operations transactions including account activity recording.
• Support onboarding, billing, trade settlement, and portfolio reconciliation tasks.
• Maintain client records, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and team priorities as needed.
• Verify data quality and ensure timely processing before deadlines.
• Communicate status updates and findings to internal and external contacts.
