Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minnesota is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to join the USBA Account Services team. You will review and process investment account requests and perform quality control on documentation to ensure accuracy.

You will open new accounts, update records in Wealthscape, prioritize work queues, and support various account types including brokerage accounts, IRAs, and Roth IRAs while adhering to procedures and delivering reliable service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four or more years of related experience.
• Experience in financial services and brokerage operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance / Business / Economics preferred.
• Strong data entry and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review account documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks on new account and maintenance requests.
• Open new investment and brokerage accounts.
• Update existing account information and records.
• Process account maintenance requests in Wealthscape and other systems.
• Manage and prioritize work from processing queues.
• Respond to requests from internal field representatives and investment advisors.
• Follow established procedures while maintaining productivity and quality.
• Support brokerage accounts, IRAs, and Roth IRAs.
