Job summary

U.S. Bank in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a skilled Investment Operations Specialist to join the USBA Account Services team.

You will review and process investment account requests, perform quality control on documentation, and maintain account information within brokerage systems. This role supports opening and maintaining investment accounts, including brokerage accounts and retirement accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Wealthscape and related platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four+ years of related experience.
• Experience in financial services or brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with brokerage accounts, IRAs and Roth IRAs.
• Knowledge of brokerage systems and Wealthscape.

Responsibilities

• Review account documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Perform quality control checks on new account and maintenance requests.
• Open new investment and brokerage accounts.
• Update existing account information and records.
• Process account maintenance requests within Wealthscape and other systems.
• Manage and prioritize work from assigned processing queues.
• Respond to requests from internal field representatives and investment advisors.
• Follow procedures while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
• Support brokerage accounts, IRAs, and Roth IRAs.
