Qualifications

• At least 3+ years in financial services/investment experience.
• Licenses required: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65/66; Life/Health insurance licenses or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience with NetX360, Envestnet/Folio, and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide investment operations, client service, and advisor support.
• Process and maintain advisory and investment accounts and related documentation.
• Support advisors with financial planning materials and client meetings.
