LHH Recruitment Solutions (Parker+Lynch) seeks an Investment Operations Associate in Indianapolis to support investor onboarding, records, and reporting within an emerging private-investment platform.

The role focuses on operational investor-relations rather than sales, with potential growth toward trading floor or development and close collaboration with fund accounting, compliance, legal, tax, and technology teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in wealth management, investment operations, fund administration, banking or financial client service.
Series 66 license strongly preferred.
Strong Excel skills and experience with CRM/document-management platforms.
Professional communication skills and ability to handle confidential financial information.

Responsabilités

Manage client onboarding, documentation collection, approvals, and transaction processing.
Maintain accurate records per internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Gather, review, and organize compliance, tax, identity-verification, and other required account documentation.
Serve as a point of contact for administrative inquiries from clients, advisors, and external stakeholders.
Update and maintain information within CRM, workflow, and document-management platforms.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of account reports, statements, correspondence, and periodic communications.
Process account maintenance requests, record updates, banking changes, and other client-related transactions.
Collaborate with finance, compliance, legal, operations, technology, and leadership teams to support day-to-day activities.
Maintain secure access to client-facing materials, shared resources, and electronic records.
Prepare operational reports, workflow summaries, activity tracking, and management reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, controls, and service delivery.
Develop a strong understanding of internal platforms and procedures while escalating issues as appropriate.
