Job summary

Financial Designs Ltd. in Denver is seeking an Investment Operations Assistant to provide high-touch client service and administrative support for the investment advisory business.

This part-time role (30 hours weekly) focuses on account setup, maintenance, and processing client transactions with confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a Finance-related degree, 3–5 years in the investment space, and strong skills in MS Office, Excel, CRM, and portfolio systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in the investment industry.
• Strong MS Office, Excel, Adobe and Teams proficiency, with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client service requests and inquiries.
• Assist with opening, maintaining, and servicing investment accounts.
• Prepare client correspondence, reports, presentations, and account documentation.
• Coordinate account transfers, deposits, withdrawals, distributions, and other client transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM and portfolio systems.
• Schedule client meetings and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up.
