Qualifications

• Prior experience working with operational workflows or ticketing systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and track service requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate account setup and ongoing maintenance in internal systems.
• Monitor and manage operational queues to ensure timely completion of requests.
• Provide operational support to the investment operations team.
• Assist with reconciliations and reporting processes.
• Analyze data using Excel and other tools.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements to operational procedures.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
