Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in investment operations, due diligence, audit, consulting, accounting, or financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational reviews of prospective and existing investment partners.
• Analyze organizational structures, financial controls, governance practices, and business operations.
• Participate in meetings with senior investment and operational professionals.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations highlighting key risks and observations.
• Monitor investment-related documentation, regulatory filings, and financial reporting.
• Support portfolio reporting, reconciliations, and investment operations activities.
• Assist with investment committee materials and special projects.
