Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent investment operations experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment operations, or back-office role within an investment firm, trust company, bank, family office or similar organization is required.
• Experience completing account-opening documentation and alternative investment subscription documents is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and categorize a high volume of investment-related documents within the firm’s document management system.
• Reconciling monthly and quarterly statements from private equity, private credit, and hedge fund managers.
• Reconciling monthly brokerage and custodial account statements.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly investment performance reports utilizing portfolio accounting and reporting systems.
• Record and reconcile investment-related cash movements within investment reporting systems.
• Complete subscription, redemption, and account-opening documentation, including KYC information, for alternative investments.
• Support investment operations projects and process improvement initiatives.
