Job summary

The Planet Group seeks a seasoned Business Analyst to support a rated note fund launch in financial services. You will map end-to-end processes across six workstreams, draft procedures and playbooks, and maintain a deliverable register to track decisions for the program.

This highly collaborative role requires working with loan operations, fund operations, finance, data, and technology. Documentation-led work aims to capture detailed workflows from subject-matter experts to sustain operational

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in asset management, insurance investment, banking, or consulting supporting these industries.
• Demonstrated process mapping experience with swimlane and cross-functional flows implemented for operations.
• Proven experience developing operating procedures, desk procedures, or similar documentation used by operational teams.
• Strong requirements elicitation skills to gather detailed information from busy operations SMEs.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, and MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Map new and changed process flows end-to-end across six workstreams.
• Draft operating procedures, desk procedures, and playbooks; coordinate reviews with owners.
• Maintain the deliverable register with status, ownership, and open items.
• Support development of RACI matrices and service-level definitions with SMEs.
• Prepare materials for working groups and program reviews according to schedules.
• Document data requirements and lineage for compliance and reporting.
