Hemans. is seeking an Operations Analyst for Investment Operations & Data in Fort Worth. The role sits at the intersection of operations, financial data, cash management, and technology, driving efficiency and automation across critical processes.

The ideal candidate will own reference data, cash workflows, and GL close support, while partnering with Engineering to deliver scalable data solutions and improved controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 2+ years in Investment Operations, Fund Accounting, Treasury, Financial Data, or similar.
• Strong understanding of investment operations, fund structures, cash management, and/or financial data.
• Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data analysis, VBA/macros).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical reference and static data across systems.
• Support daily cash and liquidity operations, including reconciliations.
• Own and enhance automated end-of-day cash investment workflows.
• Support monthly and quarterly general ledger close with reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and develop automation.
• Partner with Engineering/Tech teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Analyze data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain operational controls and documentation for risk management.
• Assist with bank and custody account administration and audits.
• Collaborate with external service providers to resolve issues.
