Qualifications

• 3+ years of client service experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills for collaborative relationships.
• Experience in change management and strategic communications.
• Proficiency in digital literacy and adapting to new technologies.
• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to engage key clients.
• Understanding of investment Operations, Trade Services, IBOR, Recon.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive client service by addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Contribute to change management and stakeholder impact mitigation during operational changes.
• Offer informed advice using knowledge of market products and industry practices.
• Support development and implementation of process automation to optimize service delivery.
• Serve as a point of contact within the IMOS team to build strong client relationships.
• Own daily operational activities essential to middle office service delivery.
• Escalate issues and provide progress updates to clients and partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve service levels and efficiency for the client.
