• 5+ Years Experience in Investment Industry in Operations, Back Office, or financial consulting.
• Thorough knowledge of operational aspects of transactions and products.
• Ability to design, implement and evaluate SOPs to increase efficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for client issues or inquiries.
• Serve as a key SME and may oversee a small team as player/coach.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external partners.
• Understand client needs and deliverables; respond to issues and anticipate needs.
• Drive engagement of other partners to solve client inquiries/issues.
• Identify potential risks and address them proactively.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
