Job summary

Santander is seeking a Sr. Relationship Analyst in Miami to provide expert client service, oversee operations, and mentor staff. The role handles complex issues, ensures compliance, and drives improvements across onboarding, documentation, and risk controls.

The candidate will work with high-net-worth clients, coordinate with Credit Risk and Banking teams, and support investment proposals and FX transactions. Bilingual English/Spanish required; Portuguese helpful for Brazil clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in customer service, preferably in private banking or related industry.
• 5+ years experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus for Brazil clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and address complex or escalated issues with professionalism.
• Provide tailored client support and proactive solutions for clients.
• Mentor and train Analysts and Junior Analysts, promoting accuracy and collaboration.
• Review onboarding packages to ensure compliance with bank and regulatory standards.
• Oversee data quality across client files, account documentation, and internal systems.
• Lead preparation of investment proposals and collaborate with bankers.
