Job summary

Park Avenue Capital is seeking an Investment Operations Associate to join our Omaha team. The role coordinates account onboarding, servicing, and maintenance, acting as a critical partner to advisors and supporting efficient client experiences.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in wealth/investment management, a relevant bachelor’s, and strong organizational and communication skills; progress toward standards licenses is expected. Salary range USD 75,000–85,000; exempt, full-time opportunity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wealth/investment management or similar operational roles.
• Bachelor’s in business, accounting, finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to streamline processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and disciplined document management.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding investment clients and complete opening docs.
• Support account transfers, beneficiary updates, and maintenance requests.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation.
• Process paperwork for advisor review and submission.
• Respond to routine client service requests and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulations.
• Monitor workflows and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support reporting and meeting preparation.

Overview

The Investment Operations Associate supports the advisory and operations teams by coordinating investment account administration,maintainingaccurateclient records, andassistingwith operational processes that contribute to an exceptional client experience.

The Investment Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely onboarding, servicing, and maintenance of investment and insurance accounts while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role serves as a critical operational partner to advisors and is expected to drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across all client-related transactions.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Assistwith onboarding investment clients and account opening documentation.

• Support account transfers, beneficiary updates, and account maintenance requests.

• MaintainaccurateCRM records and client documentation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management or investment management industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration,accounting,finance,organizational behavior, statistics, informationsystemsor equivalent work experience. Master’s degree in business administration, accounting or finance preferred.

• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suiteor related software.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Collaborative andteam oriented.

• Commitment to accuracy and quality.

• Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Progress towards security licenses ( SIE, Life & Health, Series 7, Series 63)
